Fastex expands its U.S. presence with the opening of Los Angeles office

PANews reported on May 30 that according to CoinDesk, Dubai crypto exchange Fastex announced the establishment of a U.S. office in Los Angeles, which will provide spot trading services such as BTC and ETH to U.S. users. The exchange's chief legal officer said that while the U.S. does not yet have a clear crypto regulatory framework in place, the SEC's recent easing of enforcement has contributed to the expansion. Fastex will not apply for a New York State BitLicense for the time being, and will give priority to promoting the acquisition of a VARA license in Dubai. The next step is to expand the Latin American market, and the first stop is Brazil.
