1/50 Who is intrepid? Over twenty five years of adventure photography, published by houses like National Geographic and Lonely Planet, exhibited in galleries around the world from Sydney, to New York, to Milan, with 130 1/1s sold along with editions and curated releases (over 500 blockchain-verified collectors with ~150Ξ in intrepid.eth art volume). 2/50 Over the past 25 years I have wandered through more than fifty countries with a camera in hand. Life in RVs, cabins, and sailing boats has taught us many ways to call somewhere home.
3/50 Family is at the heart of the Intrepid expedition. My middle son (one of three kids), turned ten this year, a child of contrasts: three years in the frozen north of Canada, three years on the sunburnt earth in Australia, and four years of blue horizons in the Caribbean.
5/50 Over nearly four years living at sea we travelled over 11,000 nautical miles (20,000 km or 12,500 land miles) sailing though 24 counties/territories while dropping the hook at 430 anchorages.
6/50 I have always sought out remote locations and rare natural phenomena. My photographs have been used in scientific papers, on National Park magazine covers, in Wilderness Society calendars, and in features for National Geographic Traveller.
7/50 Intrepid is here for the long term. I began my career shooting slide film at eighteen in 1998, registered in 2001, moved through the digital era and Web2 with millions of views, and became an early participant in Web3, blogging on chain with @hiveblocks in 2017 and minting my first ETH NFTs in 2021
8/50 In short, I have been fortunate to produce and release a diverse body of work, organised into multiple series such as Intrepid Ocean, Super Real, Rare Earth, Northern Exposure, Intrepid Nights, Intrepid Outback, Shadows and Shadows and Revelations, Intrepid Metropolis, Intrepid Falls, etc.
9/50 I have also been fortunate enough to have been curated for two @punk6529 meme cards 'Seas the Memes' and 'It’s Alive! It’s Alive!'.
10/50 In addition I have been curated by the @raremfers community with the card 'La Liberté guidant les Mfers' and the @SeizeTheMeebs community with 'Northern Invasion'.

12/50 Since May 2021 it has been amazing to see the significant level of support for my photographic art. My two genesis shots minted in May 21 and sold to the legend @caktux . I was then fortunate to have the Intrepid Falls collection be well received and sold all 66 shots to 37 collectors in August 2021 with a rare frozen fall reaching 10Ξ on secondary. The list of collectors is too long to thank here; but they know who they are and they will always have my appreciation.
13/50 Later in 2021 I launched my Northern Exposure series. Proud to have the champion @DeezeFi collect the genesis from this series 'Ursus arctos horribilis'. Deeze took the time out of his crazy schedule to help me when I was still trying to find my feet and run the launch space for the series. I will never forget that 🙏.
14/50 Northern Exposure migrated to a manifold ERC-721 and sold out with @cmbarce1 picking up 'Hardy Souls' and 'Perseverance', @DrewAustin 'Solitude, and 'Rock and Ice' traded as part of a @punk6529 Nakamoto meme card trade. 'Endurance' was traded as part of a deal for my hoodie mfer #6593 to the legend @hoodiemfer. 'The King' was then collected by the amazing wildlife photographer and collector @BluejaywayEth with 'Tenacity' being collected by @garettgngm.
15/50 'Into the Wild' , an image that was shortlisted as a finalist in the 2017 National Geographic nature photographer of the year competition, was collected by @plantedoteth and Fortitude the only animated piece in the series was collected by @h3xum_.
17/50 My signature SuperReal series launched on @superrare with 'Salt' selling to daledoback, for a career high for a primary sale of 3.75Ξ and 'SkyBoat' to @the_real_mr_tut.
18/50 Concurrently, 34 individually numbered editions of 'Lightning Strikes Thrice' ⚡⚡⚡sold out. Big thanks to all the supporters of this edition, they know who they are 🙏.
19/50 'Shear' from SuperReal was collected by long-term supporter @danseung who also owns three Intrepid Falls, a Northern Exposure, a Intrepid Ocean and a Fire in the Sky. Their is no greater honour than to have collectors who show faith in you long-term 🙏. 'Blue Heart' from SuperReal sold to the legend @MiaoH_H.
21/50 In January 2023 I launched Intrepid Outback; the genesis 'Uluru Moonrise' of which was sold in less than 24 hours to @MeLlamoMatt. @ReadyPereOne collected the second piece in the series 'Earth and Sun'.
22/50 Also in 2023 I launched the Intrepid Ocean series, that explores the period in time when I was stranded, essentially stateless, at sea during the pandemic with my family. An very emotional series for me, the first piece 'Lost in Paradise' ended up in a bid war collected by @belikewater893 with 'Lost World' selling to @0xCuttlefish
23/50 At a similar time 'Crooked River Aurora', a rare high altitude blue/purple aurora, in my Intrepid Nights collection sold to the the amazing @doclyndems.
24/50 From the Intrepid Ocean series 'Finding Balance', sold to @h3xum_ while 'Surrendering to the Unknown' sold as part of the @MellamoArt charity auction in NYC NFT to @FrankieDTankie. @ethereumdegen collected 'Weather the Storm' and @0xCuttlefish collected his second piece from the Intrepid Ocean series "Forgotten Citizens".
25/50 In 2024 I launched Himalayan Awakening, my genesis minted on Sol and listed via @exchgART. Super excited for @animated to collect his second Intrepid 1/1 and my first on Sol.
27/50 2024 continued with the Intrepid Ocean series with 6 pieces being displayed at the By the Sea Event hosted by @EAWharton as part of a curated SR release.
28/50 @EAWharton and @Sinbadilmarino collected 'Clouds of Fury' while
@Johndoe8891 collected 'Ghost Ship'. 'Endless Shades of Blue' was collected by a local NYC collector; and 'Peace in Isolation' to @_nngmi.
29/50 'Freedom' was collected by @iamSemui while 'Votex' was collected by @bankons.
30/50 In 2025 the pace then shifted to the Intrepid Ocean Editions ; a series of three editions of 69 peaces. 'Enlightened', 'Out Beyond' and 'Flow State' all sold out within 48 hours of their listings. A humbling response to sell out so quickly and a massive thanks to the 95 holders of the 207 editions.
31/50 Season Two of Intrepid Ocean followed in 2025 launched and quickly sold out. The series focuses exclusively on the voyage up the eastern coast of America and back. Sailing through the swamps of the Carolinas and Virginia, into the foggy waters of Cape Cod, and up to the rocky coastlines of Maine. To the lights of Boston, the chaos and grandeur of New York, then inland along the Potomac, all the way to the capital.

@DKiblerEspresso. 'Blackwater' collected by @0xMQQ and 'Northern Clam' by @rareperkins.
33/50 'Lowcountry' collected by @mfermigo and 'Sentinel' by @MVY_0x. 'Boston Gold' collected by @_nngmi and 'Cape Cod Bay' by @garettgngm.
34/50 'Ghosts of the Potomac' collected by @plantedoteth and 'Race Rock' by @shortstack_dan. The Great Dismal Swamp collected by @chefdrst and Soundless by @bankons.
35/50 The focus then shifted onto Northern Exposure Season Two, a curated SR release and the long-awaited continuation of a story that began with the sold-out success of Season 1. The result of three years on assignment, Northern Exposure attempts to capture the majesty of the North. The impossible quiet. The omnipresent solitude which focuses your mind like a lens focuses light.
