Monero conference organiser looking forward to collaborate with the Zano grifters and considering to involve Zcash, too, is beyond pathetic.

I have always said, when @_cryptozoidberg speaks I listen. Here he is stressing Monero’s vulnerability to a 51% attack and reiterating his bold claim that he made years ago now at his first MoneroTopia Conf — that Monero will one day move to Proof of Stake. 🤯
Doesn’t seem so crazy now … and he also mentioned , if Monero ever does consider the POS direction, he would be ready to help.
I highly recommend watching the full hybrid POS/POW discussion from this year old + interview linked below where he mentions how Nicolas Van Saberhagen (the Satoshi of Monero) worked with him to develop the first implementation of POS on the cryptonote protocol !!! and how Koe, a Monero dev/researcher, worked with the @zano_project to develop the first “privacy preserving POS” implementation.
The next Conf is slated for February 12-15 in Mexico City again. We hope to have the Zano team participate again and we will continue to incorporate privacy tech crypto projects that are working on making improvements in untraceable, unstoppable, digital cash tech. Maybe we can get some @Zcash devs to participate with us this year too!
I am not saying POS is the way for Monero. I ain’t smart enough to make that call. I am just saying that the best way for Monero to continue to beat its adversaries, and maintain it’s position as THE true digital cash utility people actually use, is to never stop evolving and to always be open to learning from other projects. Especially from OG cryptonote devs like Andrey Sabelnikov.
'[...] worked with the zano project to develop the first “privacy preserving POS” implementation'
That's untrue, they still facilitate a PoW/PoS hybrid AFAIK.
First 100% private PoS will be @navio_official; testnet is life.
@DouglasTuman Will also stop to use @xmrbazaar or anything else you touch.
