Trump Media transferred 4,259 $BTC, worth over $300M, to Crypto.com. The Bitcoin backs $1B in convertible bonds, whose holders can demand cash repayment on November 30.
The company warned it may need to sell $BTC if funds are insufficient. However, no sale has been confirmed. With Democrats pushing to investigate Trump's crypto business, the timing is raising eyebrows.
