Citi raised its $BTC target to 113k from 82k and its $ETH target to 3028 from 2240. Sounds bullish but spot ETF outflows showed up around the CPI release so the signals are mixed. The Fed meets in late October and that is the next big test. I am keeping some dry powder in $USDT until then.
