After converting everything to RMB, I realized I lost about ¥2.54M in US stocks during July and August. The loss felt smaller in USD, but seeing the RMB figure really hurts. The biggest mistake was cutting my storage and hardware positions too early during Korea’s deleveraging. The lesson is clear: only buy what I can truly hold through volatility.
