Pre-market,$BTC $ETH took a sharp dive. Is the market already pricing in the CLARITY Act failing to pass? Trump is currently mired in the Middle East quagmire; both the Strait of Hormuz and the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait seem to fall within Iran's sphere of influence, and Saudi oil exports have taken a hit as well.
