Flat ETH is relative strength, but it is a thin foundation for a bullish market call. BTC is down 0.61% and SOL 0.9% over 24 hours while ETH is barely positive. My read: resilience in one major, not broad risk appetite. A market-wide bullish view needs broader participation.
