Uniswap is entering an interesting phase of protocol economics. Its October 2026 introduction of Aggregator Hooks brings external liquidity sources into the v4 trading experience. This creates another avenue for routing activity through its infrastructure and connecting protocol usage with UNI's fee-and-burn mechanism.
