Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern a user's participation in the "Supercharge Your Supercharts - Plus" campaign ("Campaign"), offered by OKX ("we", "our", "us"). By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
Information about entities running regional campaigns:
The 'Supercharge your Supercharts' campaign (the "Campaign") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is, depending on the specific user, offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service (“OKX”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “Platform”).
Users from the following countries or regions are serviced by their service provider set out below and should refer to the specific Terms of Service that applies to them, if any.
OKX Australia Pty Ltd and OKX Australia Financial Pty Ltd, Australian registered companies ("OKX Australia"), for users who are residents of Australia. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Australia will make the Campaign available to residents of Australia.
OKX Middle East Fintech FZE, a UAE limited liability company (“OKX Dubai”), for users who are residents of the UAE. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX Dubai will make the Campaign available to residents of the UAE.
OKX Serviços Digitais Ltda., a Brazil limited liability company (“OKX Brazil”), for users who are residents of Brazil and who registered on or after June 15, 2023 and migrated Brazilian users who registered before June 15, 2023. OKX Brazil will make the Campaign available to residents of Brazil.
OKX SG Pte. Ltd., a Singapore limited liability company (“OKX Singapore”), for users who are residents of Singapore and who registered on or after October 13, 2023. OKX Singapore will make the Campaign available to residents of Singapore.
OKX Malta Ltd., a Maltese registered company (“OKX EEA”), for users who are residents of the European Economic Area (EEA). The Terms of Service for such users can be found here. OKX EEA will make the Campaign available to residents of the European Economic Area.
Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd., a Seychelles registered company (“Aux Cayes”), for all other users eligible to access and use OKX’s Services. Aux Cayes will make the Campaign available to jurisdictions that are not covered by the entities listed above. Moreover, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this Campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
Campaign Overview
The "Supercharge Your Supercharts - Plus" campaign is an ongoing, API-exclusive promotional offer designed for eligible new OKX traders. It provides an opportunity to earn a free one-month TradingView Plus subscription. Eligible users can earn this reward for a maximum of three consecutive months by meeting the criteria each month.
To qualify, a user's first trade must be executed on the TradingView platform using their connected OKX account. Subsequently, they must meet the specified monthly trading volume on OKX. OKX reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time.
Eligibility: How to Qualify for Participation
To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, a user must meet all of the following criteria:
This Campaign is an ongoing promotion with no fixed end date, beginning on October 1st, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+8) (the "Campaign Period"). OKX reserves the right to terminate or modify the Campaign at its sole discretion at any time.
Regardless of the entity running the Campaign, users from certain countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in the Campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
In order to participate and be eligible to receive the rewards, winners must pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced identity verification. Check your status here.
Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
User Scope: Users must be new OKX users who have successfully completed advanced identity verification (KYC2). This Campaign is open to users in all eligible jurisdictions.
New Trader Status: Eligible users must have never conducted any trades on any OKX master or sub-account prior to their first trade initiated via TradingView for this Campaign.
The First Time Trade (FTT) Trigger: An eligible user's journey begins by executing their First Time Trade (FTT) on their OKX account, which must be initiated via the TradingView platform's API connection.
3-Month Eligibility Window: A user's eligibility to participate in this Campaign starts at the time of their FTT and ends precisely three (3) months later, calculated to the second. Example: If a user's FTT is on October 15, 2025, at 14:00:00 UTC, their Eligibility Window to participate and earn rewards will close on January 15, 2026, at 14:00:00 UTC.
Existing TradingView Subscription Status: Users who, at the moment of meeting the volume threshold, already have an active TradingView subscription with more than one month of validity remaining are not eligible to receive the subscription reward from this Campaign.
Participation: How to Earn the Reward
Once a user is within their 3-month Eligibility Window, they can earn a reward by completing the following actions within a single calendar month:
Trading Volume Requirement: Achieve a total notional trading volume equivalent to at least $40,000 USD. This volume can be generated by trading any pair available on the user's OKX account. This threshold is subject to change at OKX's discretion.
Limited Availability: The reward is strictly limited to the first 1666 eligible users who meet the Trading Volume Requirement each calendar month. This is on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
Volume Calculation Period: Trading volume is calculated from the first day of each month (00:00 UTC+8) to the last day of the month (23:59 UTC).
Monthly Volume Reset: A user's trading volume counter resets to $0 at the beginning of each new calendar month (00:00 UTC on the 1st). Volume from one month does not carry over to the next. Example: Trading $39,000 in September and $10,000 on October 1st does not qualify the user for a reward, as the volume counter reset on October 1st.
Reward Details and Distribution
The Reward: The reward consists of one (1) month of TradingView Plus subscription. The subscription is activated at the moment of distribution and expires exactly one month later.
Recurring Eligibility: A user can earn a maximum of three (3) subscriptions in total, with a limit of one subscription per calendar month. The opportunity to earn these subscriptions is limited to the calendar months that fall within the user's 3-Month Eligibility Window. Example: If a user's eligibility window begins on May 15th, their three opportunities to meet the monthly volume threshold would be: 1) during the remainder of May, 2) during the full month of June, and 3) during the full month of July.
Distribution Process: The subscription is provisioned directly to the user's TradingView account via API. It will be activated within approximately two (2) hours after the user meets the volume threshold, triggered upon the user's next logon to their OKX account.
Crucial Redemption Requirement: To receive the reward, the user MUST have their OKX and TradingView accounts successfully connected via API within the same calendar month that the Trading Volume Requirement is met. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the reward for that month.
Claiming the Reward: The subscription is provisioned directly to the user's TradingView account. After a user meets the volume threshold, activation is triggered when they subsequently visit the TradingView connection page on the OKX platform to refresh or re-establish their connection. The subscription will then be activated on their TradingView account within approximately two (2) hours.
Subscription Management: After the free one-month period ends, the user's TradingView subscription may automatically renew at the standard price. The user is solely responsible for managing their subscription settings directly on the TradingView platform. Platform Rules
By default, users who enter the Campaign page and participate in the Campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
The Campaign does not constitute and shall not be considered to be
investment advice or an investment recommendation;
an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or
financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Crypto/digital financial assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, involve a high degree of risk, can lose value, and can even become worthless. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto/digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Not all products are offered in all regions. Any information coming from OKX does not contain any financial recommendation regarding the client’s execution or non-execution of transactions for the acquisition, alienation, redemption of certain digital assets and/or conclusion of certain agreements.
Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Campaign prize recipient.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the Campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in the Campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating the Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
