Dual Investment VIP program announcement

To better serve Dual Investment users, OKX is launching the Dual Investment VIP program, offering VIP users an exclusive APR, higher than the base returns.

1. Eligible products

- Dual Investment products, including Dual Investment and Dual Investment Lite.

2. How to Become a Dual Investment VIP?

Users will become Dual Investment VIP on or before the 10th day of a calendar month if they meet either of the following criteria within the previous calendar month:
- Total Dual Investment subscription amount in one month reaches 5,000,000 USD(T); or
- Total principal in active (unexpired) Dual Investment products reaches 20,000,000 USD(T).

3. How to maintain Dual Investment VIP status?

VIP users must meet either of the following criteria each month to retain their status; otherwise, they will lose their VIP status on the 11th day of the following month:
- Total monthly Dual Investment subscription amount reaches 5,000,000 USD(T); or
- Total principal in active (unexpired) Dual Investment products reaches 20,000,000 USD(T).

4. VIP status notification

Users who qualify for Dual Investment VIP status in any month will receive a notification in the OKX app as well as an email from us on or before the 10th day of that calendar month.
Additionally, when accessing the Dual Investment subscription page, VIP users will be shown their exclusive VIP rates. Below is a sample screenshot:

• OKX reserves the right to adjust Dual Investment VIP status requirements based on market conditions.

• Any illegal, fraudulent, suspicious, or dishonest activities will result in the revocation of VIP status and disqualification from future events.
