Inspired by Shang Yang's reforms in ancient China, the "Code of HODL" project centers on a sacred monolith in a vast desert, established by divine beings as a codex for governance. Initially, followers of the "HODL" religion, puzzled by the monolith's changing inscriptions, received enlightenment when given sacred Code Stones as a reward for their past deeds. This revelation highlighted the laws as a collaborative effort between the divine and the devout.
