Bitcoin Is Not Leading This Move Anymore. The most interesting signal in crypto right now is not another Bitcoin breakout. It is relative strength. $BTC is around $80K, while $BNB is up more than 8% over the last 24 hours. $SOL is up about 2.3% and $XRP around 1.9%. ("coinmarketcap.com" (https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)) That tells me capital is starting to look beyond Bitcoin. But I would not call this altseason yet. The Altcoin Season Index is still only 39/100, which keeps the market firmly in Bitcoin Season. ("coinmarketcap.com" (https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)) So what is happening? My read is early rotation. Bitcoin has already done much of the heavy lifting in the recent recovery. Now traders are testing where the next layer of upside could come from. $BNB is the clearest example. Its recent move has been stronger than the broader market, and BNB is now trading around $776. ("coinmarketcap.com" (https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)) But the real test is whether this strength spreads. My radar is watching $ETH first. If Ethereum begins outperforming $BTC while Bitcoin remains stable, the rotation becomes much more credible. Then I want to see $SOL, $XRP and $BNB continue holding relative strength. After that, $ADA, $SUI, $APT and $AVAX need to participate. That is how a real rotation develops. Not one token pumping. Multiple sectors outperforming Bitcoin at the same time. DeFi would be the next confirmation layer. $AAVE, $UNI, $CRV and $PENDLE need sustained demand rather than short-lived spikes. For infrastructure, $LINK and $ONDO remain on my radar. And if risk appetite keeps expanding, $TAO, $RENDER and $FET could become important higher-beta plays. There is still one major obstacle. The macro environment has not completely turned risk-on.
