How do I reorder after the P2P payment timeout?

If your order as a taker buyer was canceled due to a payment timeout, reordering is straightforward. Here's how you can reorder quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth trading experience on our platform.

  1. Select the Need Help option on the canceled order page

    Proceed to select Need Help

  2. Select the I have paid but the order is canceled option

    Select the right issue to start reordering

  3. Select the Submit payment proof option to upload your payment proof

    Submit your payment proof

  4. Select the Proceed option to instantly submit a replacement order

    Once payment proof is submitted, proceed to the next phase

  5. When payment proof is submitted, the following IM Cards will be sent to buyer and seller:

    • Buyer

      • Image of payment proof (appearing in the first step of reorder flow)

      • IM Card allowing them to place a reorder

        The view from the buyer's side

    • Seller

      • Image proof submitted by buyer

      • IM Card informing seller of buyer intention to recreate order

        The view on the seller's side

Note:

  • The new reorder flow isn't available for Maker buyers.

  • You can submit a dispute via the link on the Raise a dispute part if necessary.
