Only by having an account on OKX (kyc 2) or registering for a new account and completing the verification process (kyc 2), you'll be eligible to apply directly to our merchant program, and our team will help you set up your account.

Terms and Conditions

This campaign shall commence on August 13 2024, 15:00 GMT +5 - Setember 2 2024, 15:00 GMT +5.
The local currency eligible for this campaign is EGP, SAR, JOD, KWD, TND, QAR, LBP, BHD, OMR & LKR.
In order to become a merchant, users must pass or have previously passed OKX's identity verification. Check your status here.
This Announcement is for new users and existing users that are non-merchants on OKX.
"Merchant" : Refers to the status of super merchant or diamond merchant from OKX P2P merchant program.
In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by promo participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants proving P2P transactions.
According to local laws and regulations, users from some countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards, or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted
During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behavior of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this referral campaign in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this referral campaign and/or cancel this referral campaign without notice.
In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this referral campaign.
Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
