- The promotion is open to eligible OKX users (as defined below).
- Eligible users include existing users who have a minimum 100 USDT asset value on the platform.
- Eligible users have to complete their advanced identity verification on the OKX platform prior to enrolment for the activity.
- You must click the "Join now" button and receive a message that you have successfully joined to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void. Once a user successfully enrolls in the Activity, the button will change to "Joined."

- The campaign is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is, depending on the specific user, offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service.
- Deposit Quest Rewards: Eligible users that meet the following conditions (the "Deposit Activity Conditions") within the Activity Period will be eligible to win rewards illustrated in the table below.
- Quest 1: Eligible participants who accumulated net deposit volume of equal or more than 50,000 USDT and hold the amount within the platform for a minimum of 7 full days will receive VIP1 Trial Experience for 30 days and Smart Arbitrage 10% Interest Rate Voucher with 25,000 USDT rate limit. Limited to the first 1,000 successful redemptions during the Activity Period only. First 50 users who successful complete this quest will receive an additional 1-month subscription to TradingView Premium plan.
- Quest 2: Eligible participants who accumulated net deposit volume of equal or more than 150,000 USDT and hold the amount within the platform for a minimum of 7 full days will receive (i) VIP2 Trial Experience for 30 days, (ii) Smart Arbitrage 10% Interest Rate Voucher with 75,000 USDT rate limit, and (iii) Dual Investment APR rate equivalent to VIP5 tier for 30 days. Limited to the first 300 successful redemptions during the Activity Period only.
- Quest 3: Eligible participants who accumulated net deposit volume of equal or more than 250,000 USDT and hold the amount within the platform for a minimum of 7 full days will receive (i) VIP3 Trial Experience for 30 days, (ii) Smart Arbitrage 10% Interest Rate Voucher with 125,000 USDT rate limit, and (iii) Dual Investment APR rate equivalent to VIP5 tier for 60 days. Limited to the first 100 successful redemptions during the Activity Period only.
- Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, P2P transactions with merchants or credit card. Deposits by internal transfers and transactions with individual P2P sellers will be excluded. Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
- The Deposit Tasks' rewards will be issued automatically within 7 working days upon completion of the specified tasks.
- The 1-month subscription to TradingView Premium rewards will be distributed within 14 working days. Eligible winners will be notified via email.
- VIP1/VIP2/VIP3 Experience:
- The corresponding VIP1/VIP2/VIP3 experience for 30-days will be available to eligible existing users who have completed identity verification and completed the required Depost tasks.
- To be eligible for the upgrade, the new VIP level must be higher than the user's current level.
- The VIP level upgrade will be reviewed daily, and the upgrade result will be displayed in VIP status within 3 working days.
- Each VIP level upgrade validity period is 30 days from the date of upgrade activation.
- If multiple upgrades were granted during the Activity Period, the latest VIP level upgrade date shall prevail, and the 30-day valid period shall be recalculated based on the latest VIP level activation date.
- Smart Arbitrage 10% Interest Rate Vouchers:

- Applicable boosted rate period is a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of activation.

- Each Deposit task in this activity is independent of one another. Rewards are calculated separately for each task and can be stacked. Eligible users can receive up to 3 redemption rewards throughout the activity period.
- The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of any rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
- OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
- By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
- Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
- Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
