US Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions

This promotion ("Promotion") is being offered by OKCoin USA Inc. d/b/a OKX ("OKX") to customers in the United States who sign up for a new account on the OKX platform (www.okx.com) through designated channels.

This promotion starts on Aug 5, 2025 at 9:00pm PT and will continue until terminated by OKX (the "Promotion Period").

Select customers who refer a new customer ("Referral") to the OKX platform can receive the Referral Bonus once the Referral trades the required amount (as specified on the referral page) in a single transaction within the designated time period.

To unlock the Referral Bonus, the invited user must maintain assets under management (AUM) of at least the specified amount for a total of 30 days within a 90-day period after the bonus is received.

Upon satisfying this requirement, the reward will automatically become tradable and withdrawable. If the user fails to meet this requirement within 90 days, the reward will be reclaimed by OKX.

Customers are able to receive multiple Referral Bonus offers, however OKX may limit the number of Referral Bonuses a customer may receive.

The new customer ("Referral") onboarding to OKX is not paid out through a referral amount, but they may qualify for Welcome Rewards through our New User Bonus promotion.

This promotion is exclusively available to residents of the United States and its territories, where the OKX platform is available.

BTC amount is calculated at the time of disbursement and based on the spot market price of BTC at that time.

Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of Referral Bonuses are the sole responsibility of the individual Referral Bonus recipient.

Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after conditions are met and verified, and may be locked from trading or withdrawal for up to 30 days after receipt.

OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice and in its sole discretion.

Any violation of these terms or the OKX U.S. Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any Referral Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.
