10,000 points -> ~1.5 VIRTUAL.
also 4,000% oversubscription can give a minimum of x50.
then if you pledged 10,000 Virgen points in $IRIS, then:

> ~1.5 VIRTUAL
> minimum x50
> 1.5 VIRTUAL -> 70 (about $140)
