After holding OKB for a while, I noticed one thing: after buying a token, it's easy for people to automatically join its PR department.
When you see good news, you want to share; when you see doubts, you want to explain, and you wish you could hold a press conference for your own position. Honestly, sometimes even you can't tell whether you're researching or simply trying to prove you're buying right.
At the time of writing, OKB is around $111, fluctuating roughly between $108 and $116 over the past week. It does look a bit exhausting, but just from these fluctuations, there are no signs of a "surge in prices."
I still favor OKB, keep holding onto what I hold, and do regular investing at my own pace. But there's one thing I need to remind myself: don't let your holdings grow more and more to lower your expectations. Whether future development can bring sustained demand remains to be seen.
Of course, I also hope that one day the market will open up and make me happy. If prices really rise, I will probably be tempted to screenshot a screenshot too; there's nothing to hide about.
It's just that while it's going up, there's no need to make excuses for it every day. Allowing your holdings to have nothing to discuss for now is actually pretty good. #OKX百万规划师 $OKB

The weekend is here, time to eat and drink.
OKB is holding around $113. This week it dipped as low as about $108 and peaked close to $118.
Looking at this range, the thought easily pops up: buy low, sell high, how comfortable that sounds.
The problem is, when the low point appears, I might not dare to buy; when the high point appears, I might not be willing to sell. After the market moves on, every step seems so simple.
Now I try not to torment myself with this kind of "perfect operation." Otherwise, even if I do nothing, just replaying it in my mind can generate a lot of regret.
I'm still willing to hold OKB and continue dollar-cost averaging at the original pace. My expectations for it haven't changed much because of these few dollars' fluctuations.
However, continuing dollar-cost averaging doesn't mean I have to place orders every day. I'll arrange it when the planned time comes. Keeping money in hand and not trading for now, I want to slowly get used to this state.
Ultimately, I hope to make money from OKB and also hope this process doesn't make life too exhausting. I can't say I'm prepared to hold long-term while expecting it to give me an explanation every afternoon.
That's all for today. If there really is a decent rally someday, I hope I'll still be holding and remember to take some profits happily. $OKB

Today I continue to dollar-cost average into OKB, making a note.
Recording this often makes me feel a bit bored myself. Others show off the coins that have skyrocketed, but I keep coming back to the same words: bought some more OKB today.
Seeing others make money quickly, I also wonder if I should switch to something else to try.
But if I really switch, I have to ask myself whether I’ve found a better opportunity or I’m just impatient with the slow growth of what I hold. Until I figure this out, I prefer to stick to my original plan.
I still have expectations for OKB, so I keep accumulating. But I also need to watch out for whether, after following it for so long, I become less receptive to different opinions. If there really is a problem, I should reconsider it without needing to justify my previous purchase.
After this purchase today, I don’t feel particularly secure or excited. I still hope it will rise and casually glance at the price.
A typical day for an ordinary holder is probably like this. Saying "take it slow" but secretly adding: it could go a little faster. #OKX全球资产便利店 $OKB

Today I continue to dollar-cost average OKBBBBB.
I find myself quite interesting; even though I plan to accumulate slowly, I still can't help but check the price after buying. If it rises a bit, I feel this purchase was good; if it falls a bit, I start thinking it would have been better to wait half an hour.
The long-term plan I promised almost got derailed by half an hour of market movement.
I'm still willing to keep buying because I have expectations for OKB's future development. But this expectation needs to be reviewed regularly; I can't just allow myself to see only the good news while buying.
Before each dollar-cost averaging, I want to ask myself one more question: If I didn't have OKB in hand, would I still be willing to learn about it and buy some now?
The answer is still yes, so this money is spent wisely. If all that's left is "I've held it for so long, I can't give up," then it's time to stop and rethink.
I'll note down today's purchase first. Whether I make money or not in the future still depends on the actual results.
No need to award myself a long-term investor prize right after buying, nor to deny myself overnight just because of a slight drop. Take it slow and live at your own pace. #BTC现货ETF大额流入后转负 $OKB

If the market is willing to pay for MEME again, I will prioritize watching DOGE, a name already remembered.
A few cents per coin, and naturally, he started calculating: What if it rises to one dollar? While calculating, before the market moves, he had already arranged his profits.
But as of September 9, at the time of writing, DOGE is about $0.09, with a market cap close to $14 billion. If it really reached one dollar, based on current circulating supply, its market cap would exceed $150 billion. This isn't something a puppy can just jump in casually.
I still think DOGE is worth paying attention to. Among the hardest things to accumulate in MEME, awareness and recognition are definitely two different things. New coins still have to explain who they are; once DOGE's face appears, everyone basically understands.
DOGE has risen about 10.5% over the past seven days, while the crypto market has risen about 1.4% over the same period—this period has indeed been stronger. But a small pullback in one day does not automatically fill the gap for gains.
Now, when I look at DOGE, I separate "everyone still remembers it" from "everyone is willing to keep buying it." Familiar names attract attention, prices go up, but sustained buying is still needed.
I really like this dog. As for the one-dollar dream, I'll put down the calculator and look at trading volume and future trends first. #美联储官员称应加息, the probability in September rose to 58.6% $DOGE
Looking at ZEC, I have a pretty realistic thought right now: I'm willing to pay for privacy, but I need to know exactly how much I'm paying.
It makes sense—who wants every transaction they make to also let others browse their ledger? I recognize this need and think it deserves long-term attention.
But when it comes to the coin price, things get complicated.
The need for private transfers and the willingness to hold ZEC long-term are two different things. Using it and then exchanging it is completely different from keeping it in your wallet, which affects token demand in entirely different ways.
This is also what I care most about with ZEC: can it make people want to stay after using it?
When the price surges sharply, it’s easy to feel like you suddenly “get it.” But thinking calmly, the importance of privacy has always been there; we shouldn’t treat all its advantages as new discoveries only after the price chart goes up.
I still have expectations for this direction. Whether the wallet is convenient to use and whether users continue to use shielded transactions—these changes will give me more confidence. I can’t judge its value based on price increase alone.
Honestly, I also want to profit from the price rise. I just hope that after buying, besides repeatedly refreshing the market, I can clearly explain what exactly I’m waiting for. #ZEC升至加密货币市值前十 $ZEC
ZEC's recent surge is a bit bewildering.
As of posting, the price is around $1180, up about 43.7% in the past 7 days, and over 130% in the last 30 days. Seeing this trend, the first reaction is fear of missing out, and the second is: if I buy now, will I be jumping in right at the peak of the hype?
I think ZEC is regaining market attention not just because it's an "old coin catching up."
It bets on a very real demand: as blockchain becomes more transparent, with wallets, transfers, and asset relationships almost all traceable, privacy is starting to become valuable again. Zcash offers shielded transactions through zero-knowledge proofs, and with a total supply capped at 21 million, it carries both the privacy coin narrative and a bit of the "privacy version of BTC" imagination.
The technology hasn't completely stagnated either. Zcash completed the NU6.3 upgrade this year, enabling the new Ironwood shielded pool and v6 transaction format, so its underlying privacy capabilities continue to evolve.
However, I won't assume all problems are solved just because the price is rising.
Technology can protect privacy, but that doesn't mean ordinary people will actually use it; scarcity of supply doesn't automatically create demand. For ZEC to hold its ground going forward, it still depends on the actual use of shielded transactions, wallet experience, exchange support, and whether the regulatory environment can accommodate privacy assets.
So, my interest in ZEC is indeed greater than before, but I haven't lost my rationality just because the candlestick turned green.

Today I made another regular investment in OKB.
The amount isn't large, and my account doesn't show any obvious changes after the purchase, but seeing the holding quantity increase a bit gives me an inexplicable sense of reassurance.
In the past, when buying coins, I always thought about finding the perfect entry point. Ideally, it would rise right after buying, and even a one-dollar pullback would make me feel like I bought too early. Later, I realized that what really bothered me wasn't buying a bit expensive, but constantly waiting and watching the price move further away.
Now I simply stop guessing.
I believe in the development logic of OKX and X Layer, so I buy slowly at my own pace. When the price rises, I buy a little less; when it falls, I accumulate a few more. At least I don't have to overturn yesterday's decisions every day because of a few candlesticks.
Of course, regular investing doesn't mean blindly believing.
I will continue to observe whether X Layer has real users, whether the ecosystem can retain funds, and whether OKB can generate more sustainable demand beyond just paying Gas fees. If these logics change someday, I won't deceive myself with the word "faith."
After this purchase today, I will continue attending classes, eating, and living my life.
If investing makes me stare at the screen all day, it probably means my position size has exceeded what my mindset can handle.
Slow down.
I don't have a lot of capital, so I can only rely on time and discipline to slowly accumulate the things I believe in. $OKB
