OKX US Card Referral
These terms govern the OKX U.S. Card Referral Program (the “Program”), which is administered by OKX INC. The OKX Card is issued by WebBank; WebBank does not administer the Program.
1. Eligibility and Attribution
The Program is available only to eligible U.S. users during the period shown on the Card Referral page, ending November 30, 2026 unless extended or terminated earlier by OKX.
A referral is eligible only if the invitee uses the referrer’s unique referral link or code, has not previously obtained an OKX Card, is successfully attributed to the referrer, satisfies applicable identity-verification and risk requirements, and is approved for an OKX Card. Both participants must maintain eligible OKX accounts in good standing through reward distribution.
When sharing a referral link or code, the referrer must disclose that they may receive a reward and must not use misleading statements, spam or paid mass distribution.
2. Qualifying Referral
Within 14 days after the invitee is first attributed to the referrer, the invitee must complete three distinct OKX Card purchase transactions, each:
for an amount that is repaid with at least 50 USDG;
eligible for cashback rewards;
repaid using automatic repayment; and
fully settled and not cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed or charged back.
Invitee's transactions using manual repayment do not qualify and do not reset the 14-day period. Referrer's repayment method does not affect eligibility to participate in the Program.
3. Rewards and Limits
For each qualifying referral, the referrer and invitee will each receive 10 USDG, subject to OKX’s verification and risk controls. Rewards will be credited to the participants’ OKX Pay Wallets within the period shown on the Card Referral page.
A referrer may receive rewards for no more than five invitees during the Program, for a maximum referrer reward of 50 USDG.
4. Disqualification and Recovery
OKX may withhold, reverse or recover a reward, or disqualify a participant, for self-referrals, multiple or fraudulent accounts, artificial transactions, transaction reversals, inaccurate information, abuse of the Program or violation of applicable OKX terms or law.
5. Changes and Applicable Terms
OKX may modify, suspend or terminate the Program as permitted by applicable law. Changes will not affect rewards already earned from completed qualifying referrals unless fraud, abuse or an erroneous payment is identified.
These terms supplement the OKX Pay Wallet Terms, U.S. Terms of Service, and applicable OKX Cardholder Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those agreements. Those agreements govern matters not specifically addressed herein.
