Plume has acquired Dinero, coinciding with Plume obtaining its on-chain license.
Plume is accelerating the expansion of its institutional-level ETH, SOL, and BTC landscape.
Dinero's core product, ipxETH, is a compliant liquid staking token aimed at institutions, currently with a TVL of $125 million.
What can Plume gain from acquiring Dinero?
1. Enhanced compliance and transparency: With the SEC's new regulations on liquid staking tokens (LST) and fair value accounting, institutions can hold and report digital assets with greater confidence.
2. Accelerated institutional adoption: It is expected that within the next two years, 23%–39% of large enterprises plan to incorporate crypto assets into their financial reserves.
It seems Plume aims to pursue a new path of compliant on-chain auditing + compliant on-chain staking.
What's impressive is that this project can really secure RWA licenses.
