bought a basket of SOL and JTO
(not aware of any Lido Staked ETH ETFs or even any DATs intending to use stETH for that matter)
want to hold at least until we get the first SOL ETF launch date announced. will probably sell on launch if i haven't yet. I think the demand will come for SOL but my base case is that it takes time just like it did for ETH. probably not nearly as much time though - ETH has broken down the BTC-only barrier.
perhaps the fate of a successful SOL ETF launch is in Samani's hands...
honestly, FORD could be what breaks SOL of its shackles of being known as the degen/memecoin/grift chain.
I'm long SOL, JTO, and LDO.
Under my current reading, SEC just tacitly approved all assets with a CFTC-regulated futures listing or at least 6 months. They also explicitly stated how staked ETFs would be considered under the new rules. I believe the market hasn't fully processed this and will react accordingly.
As I understand it, ETF deadlines are no longer relevant for any of the eligible coins. filers can launch ETFs whenever they want now and don't need to check with the SEC first. Would expect some ETF launches in the days and weeks ahead.
