According to DLNEWS, in the past week, people withdrew up to $1.7 billion worth of Ethereum from the lending protocol Aave. The reduction in available liquidity has led to interest rates charged to borrowers exceeding 10%. Aave contributor Marc Zeller told DL News that Sun Yuchen may be the reason behind most of the Ethereum withdrawal events, as he regularly transfers large amounts of funds in and out of the lending protocol, "He is really unpredictable; he moves billions of dollars as casually as I go shopping at the supermarket." In the past three days, wallets marked by users on Arkham as belonging to Sun Yuchen have withdrawn over $646 million worth of Ethereum from Aave.
