I got suddenly really sick Monday during a call. I haven’t been sick like that in 4 years.
I let the guys and gals know - and slept the better part of the last 48 hours.
Zero worries. No concerns. The team had it. Beautifully.
This is the culture. The trust. The mission alignment that we have focused on getting right for almost 4 years.
Yet … jobs not finished. But I stood up today and feel better, so it’s back to work with the team.
