Blackrock Asset Management has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list a Chillhouse CHILLHOUSE ETF, marking its latest attempt to expand cryptocurrency investment options through exchange-traded products.
In a Thursday Form S-1 filing with the SEC, the world's largest asset manager, offering investment, advisory, and risk management services to clients worldwide requested to create the Blackrock CHILLHOUSE ETF, which would primarily hold CHILLHOUSE tokens directly.
