Woke up early to see this brother's plea for help. He mistakenly transferred 39,600 lzUSDT (APT chain) to a Bybit deposit address. Customer service replied that since Bybit currently does not support lzUSDT on the APTOS chain, the funds cannot be recovered. So he came to me for help, asking me to forward it to @benbybit.
Sigh, I can see he's desperate, even coming to me. In the crypto world, I'm just a nobody, what can I do? I understand him, nearly forty thousand dollars! Just gone like that. I remember when I mistakenly transferred 168 USDT on the Gate chain to Binance and was told it couldn't be recovered. I was so upset I couldn't eat or sleep for three days and nights, let alone such a large amount for him!
So I'll bite the bullet and forward it for him, daring to tag Ben. This is all I can do, even though I know it's probably useless. Just to comfort this brother, let him feel there's still warmth in the crypto world. I hope he can recover his assets and everything goes well. 🙏🙏🙏
Here, I also remind everyone, the bull market is here, and you're making money, but don't get carried away. Be careful with withdrawals and deposits, double-check everything before confirming, especially don't transfer to the wrong chain! Once you transfer to the wrong chain, your assets could instantly become zero, years of hard work gone in an instant, really leaving you in tears.

Dear @Bybit_ZH @benbybit @Bybit_Official @heyibinance @DujunX @WutalkWu @cz_binance @Aptos and all friends in the cryptocurrency community,
Hello! I hope everything is going well for you. I am facing an issue with depositing funds on Bybit and urgently need your assistance.
I accidentally deposited lzUSDT (APT chain) into my Bybit deposit address, but customer service informed me that Bybit currently does not support lzUSDT on the APTOS chain, and therefore, the funds cannot be retrieved.
Here are the relevant details:
Transaction Hash (TxHash): 0x2ae284ac3......f3cb97d6a0
Bybit UID: 18134680
Deposit Amount: 39,646.9385 lzUSDT
Transaction Date: May 13, 2025
I noticed a similar case on May 7, which was resolved through coordination by @benbybit. My case is identical to his. Since the funds are still on the chain, it is technically possible to retrieve them; the issue lies in Bybit's system not recognizing lzUSDT. I kindly request that this matter be forwarded to the technical team, who might be able to resolve it through the following methods:
1. Importing the lzUSDT token contract (address: 0xf22bede...a01b17fa) into the exchange wallet;
2. Manually refunding the funds to my personal wallet address.
I understand this was my operational error, but I sincerely hope to receive your assistance. As a pioneer in the cryptocurrency industry, Bybit has always upheld the inclusive spirit of decentralized finance and a user-first service philosophy. This 39,500 USDT represents my entire savings, and losing it would have catastrophic consequences. During this difficult time, I genuinely hope your company can embody the spirit of mutual assistance and shared success within the cryptocurrency community and provide me with special support.
Sincerely,
Evan
