Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this X Empire: Trade and Earn campaign ("Campaign") is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").
2. Campaign Period: 24 Oct 2024 23:00 AEDT (GMT+11) - 8 Nov 2024 23:59 AEDT (GMT+11) (or when the Total Available Rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier).
3. How to participate:
4. 1. Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign during the Campaign Period.
   2. Users who participate in this campaign and complete the tasks below during the Campaign Period will receive up to 200,000 X Empire ($X tokens), according to the reward tiers below:

      2. 1. Get 8,000 $X tokens
      3. Trade $500 total in X/USDT, BTC/AUD or ETH/AUD
      4. 1. Get 32,000 $X tokens
      5. Trade $1000 total in X/USDT, BTC/AUD or ETH/AUD
      6. 1. Get 60,000 $X tokens
      7. Trade $2500 total in X/USDT, BTC/AUD or ETH/AUD
      8. 1. Get 100,000 $X tokens
            
5. Participants can trade up to $2500 total volume in X/USDT, BTC/AUD, or ETH/AUD and receive up to 200,000 $X tokens total. All trades must be executed in Advanced Mode to qualify for rewards. Simple Spot, Convert and Buy/Sell trades are not eligible for the Campaign and will not count toward the tier requirements. Each tier is limited to the first 100 eligible participants. Once the cap is reached for a tier, no further rewards will be distributed for that tier, even if other requirements are met.

6. Reward calculation and distribution
7. 1. Total Available Rewards for this campaign are 20 million Empire ($X).
   2. Rewards will automatically be credited to users' OKX accounts upon completion of each tier, provided the cap for that tier has not been reached. In the event of technical issues or system limitations, there may be a delay in the crediting of rewards. OKX reserves the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, provided reasonable notice is given to users who are eligible for the rewards.

9. 1. This Campaign is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
   2. Users must have completed KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.
   3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

General Terms

1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to users who have joined the Campaignand removing or updating the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.
4. This Campaign is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.
5. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
7. Risk warning: Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may lose the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and OKX is not liable for any losses that may arise. Past performance also does not constitute a reliable predictor of future performance. You should only invest in products that you are familiar with and understand the risks involved. You should consider your own investment experience, financial situation, investment objectives and risk appetite and consult an independent financial adviser before making any investment. This campaign and the terms and conditions should not be regarded as financial advice.
8. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.
9. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign, provided that such interpretation is reasonable.
