We’ve officially launched our validator infrastructure business, positioning IP Strategy at the center of economic activity on the @StoryProtocol. In just its first two weeks, IP Strategy’s in‑house validator generated $1.5M in staking rewards. Our validator business provides a new, recurring revenue stream with a business model that aligns long-term token value growth and stockholder value creation. We’ve also begun onboarding third‑party stakers to create yet another recurring scalable revenue stream. By the numbers: → ~43.5M $IP tokens staked through IP Strategy’s validator → ~165,000 $IP earned in September rewards (valued ~$1.5M as of Sep 30, 2025) → Operating at an estimated gross margin of 95%+ ℹ️ Validators are responsible for securing the network, confirming transactions, and maintaining uptime. In return, validators earn token rewards. Running a validator business enables IP Strategy to not only generate yield on its own $IP token holdings but also potentially attract additional staking from other $IP token holders who seek reliable infrastructure. The validator launch follows IP Strategy’s transition to a digital asset treasury strategy, which added more than 53.2M $IP tokens to the balance sheet and eliminated all senior secured debt. Taken together, these steps strengthen IP Strategy’s financial position and broaden its growth opportunities, providing equity investors with direct access to the $80T programmable IP economy through a transparent, regulated equity structure.
