After the 2012 Facebook IPO, many folks left as the stock price dropped more than half. I was convicted that the product & badass team were the best bet of connecting the world in a new way and that I could help make a difference.
Believed that and executed on it for over a decade and even feel that way after I left to start @Aptos. Everyone who not only believed but executed were well rewarded.
