magic how much bag bias (aka shared purpose/prosperity) can contribute to sentiment and community / cult formation (hint: a lot) imo the most successful token distributions are the ones that convince as many community members as possible to become willing, long-term bag holders and evangelists if there’s one thing i think could’ve gone better for the otherwise wildly successful pump fun ICO - instead of a fcfs model that rewarded whoever clicked fastest on bybit, it could’ve been an ICO that allocated based on retroactive contributions, reputation track record, and conviction still an ICO that takes conviction and real capital, but one that rewards and aligns with the closest community
