It seems that the market cap of Bittensor is larger than all the parachains combined. The team that was working on the Polkadot wallet has completely transitioned to Hyperliquid. In fact, they should be able to survive by working on Bittensor as well. The outcomes for Substrate and Cosmos SDK are quite similar; it's hard to say who is worse off.
