Congratulations! The long-awaited Pharos has officially launched its testnet. The testnet boasts 30,000 TPS and is fully EVM-compatible, meaning projects from ecosystems like ETH, Base, and BSC can seamlessly migrate to Pharos. One of the key reasons I follow Pharos is that I believe it represents the pinnacle of domestic innovation. Based on TPS and Gas data, it currently stands as the highest-performing public blockchain. Pharos has an exceptionally strong team. Its founder, Alex Zhang (Zhang Hui), previously served as the CTO of Ant Group's blockchain business unit and led the blockchain lab at Alibaba's DAMO Academy. During his seven years at Ant Group, he focused on developing high-performance blockchain technologies. Currently, Pharos' testnet achieves 30K TPS, and its mainnet is expected to reach 50K TPS, far surpassing Western star projects like Monad and MegaETH. The ultra-high TPS not only enhances the experience for existing Dapps but also breaks new ground, enabling novel application scenarios such as: 1) High-frequency trading 2) RWA (Real World Assets) 3) Decentralized AI engines supporting IoT, directly interfacing with illiquid assets via oracles 4) Privacy payments and decentralized AI through SPN, achieving computational power of hundreds of quadrillions of floating-point operations Perhaps I have a bit of personal bias here, but in the current climate of comprehensive U.S. technological restrictions on China, I hope Pharos can become a public blockchain capable of competing with American projects in the blockchain space.
