NAVX Trade and Earn

1. The "NAVX Trade and Earn" promotion ("Campaign") starts on 4 June 2025 at 12:00 UTC and ends on 26 June 2025 at 23:59 UTC ("Campaign Period").
2. This campaign promotion is open to fully KYC-verified OKX users in non-restricted jurisdictions. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service (or your applicable local terms, if any).
3. The "NAVX Trade and Earn" campaign has a total prize pool of 340,000 $NAVX with the following breakdown and critiera per event:

6. Only for eligible new users that did not perform a first-time trade (FTT) before joining enrollment to this campaign promotion.
7. To qualify for the New User event, the new user must:
8. Enroll in the campaign;
9. Must have a net deposit greater than or equal to 100 EURT in any cryptocurrency; and
10. Achieve an accumulated trading volume of > 100 EURT in $NAVX
11. New user event rewards of 100 $NAVX will be instantly distributed to the first 2,000 eligible users upon task completion.

14. To qualify for the New User event, the new user must:
15. Enroll in the campaign;
16. Must have a net deposit greater than or equal to 100 EURT in any cryptocurrency during the Campaign Period; and
17. Achieve an accumulated trading volume of > 300 EURT in $NAVX
18. All user event rewards of 40 $NAVX will be instantly distributed to the first 3,500 eligible users upon task completion.
19. This campaign is only for eligible new and existing users who:
20. Click on "Join Now" on the landing page to be considered as a participant; and
21. Complete the stated requirements during the Campaign Period; and
22. Complete KYC advanced identity verification (check your status here).
23. Deposit requirements to qualify for rewards (if applicable to your jurisdiction):
24. Participants must have a net deposit greater than or equal to 100 EURT in any cryptocurrency during the Campaign Period.
25. Eligible deposits include the following (if available to your jurisdiction): Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer, Direct through Wallet (buy crypto and onchain deposit), and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace. Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded. The deposit will be calculated based on the price of the eligible asset(s) at the time of deposit. If you deposit more than one eligible asset, your reward will be calculated based on the total eligible deposits.

28. Eligible trading volume will be accumulated and will only be counted during the Campaign Period.
29. Trading Volume generated via Simple Buy or Convert features will not be counted towards this campaign.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
4. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service (or your applicable local terms).

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
