Activity Participation and Requirements
1. OKX Man City giveaway Campaign (Shirt+tickets): 5 June 2025 10:00 GMT+2 - 30 June 2025 23:59 GMT+2 (the "Campaign Period").
2. Enrollment eligibility: This promotion is open to new OKX users registered under Okcoin Europe Ltd (the "OKX Europe Entity") and residing in Spain during the Campaign Period.
3. How to participate: New users (Joined since 5 June 2025) Eligible new OKX users who create an account during the Campaign Period must complete advanced ID verification and complete the following tasks to be eligible for the variable bitcoin reward (New User Bonus) and the chance to win Man City exclusive rewards (1 Rodri's signed Man City t-shirt and 2 Box tickets to a Man City game)
3.1 Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign during the Campaign Period and receive a pop-up confirming eligibility. Once a user successfully enrolls in the activity, the button will change to "Joined."
3.2. Sign up, KYC and buy at least €10 worth of crypto during the Campaign Period. Users must buy, convert or trade on spot a cumulative amount of €10 or equivalent in any of the available spot pairs to be eligible for reward.
4. Reward distribution
The 100th eligible users will receive the signed Manchester Signed T-shirt and the 2x Box tickets to a Man City game. If the number of eligible users does not reach this number, then OKX will distribute the prize on a first-come, first-served basis to the eligible participant numbered as close to these numbers as possible (example, if there are 99 eligible participants and not 100, OKX will reward the prize to the 99th)
5. Reward conditions: Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding tasks to get the corresponding reward.
Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid advanced and simple trading volume generated during the activity period. Trading volume from using OKX's other benefits, including but not limited to rebate vouchers USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or another cryptocurrency of equivalent value.
6. Reward distribution: Shirts will be distributed between 4-8 weeks post the end of the Campaign Period. OKX has the right to postpone or cancel the issuance of some or all rewards at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward. The Box tickets will be distributed two weeks prior to the selected Manchester City match of next seasons. In the event that box tickets are awarded, OKX shall cover the cost of the box tickets only. All travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. User eligibility: This Campaign is open to eligible users who reside in the jurisdiction(s) specified in these Terms at the time of the Campaign Period, have signed up during the Campaign Period, completed KYC using an ID and POA of the selected country and buy at least €10 worth of crypto on OKX.
8. Promoter: This Campaign is solely promoted by OKX. Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) is not a promoter of this Campaign and has no responsibility for its execution or delivery.
9. Complaints: For any complaints regarding the Campaign, participants may contact OKX Customer Support via the official OKX website or app.
10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising under this Campaign, OKX reserves the right to make the final decision. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Spain. Participants agree to resolve disputes through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, through arbitration as determined by OKX.

Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in the value of your assets at any given moment.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, usage and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
6. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
