Friends! There was another new 🤯 super intriguing element about the #bitcoin that have just woken up 🏴Another very intriguing detail just came up about the recently reactivated Bitcoin wallets. (English version available just below) Well, until now I thought that these dormant wallets that wake up, it was probably the original owner. But here, there's a new detail that deserves attention Account x @jconorgrogan spotted a test transaction... but not on the Bitcoin network, on Bitcoin Cash. A micro transaction sent 14 hours before the $8.6 billion in BTC moved. From the same wallet cluster Maybe it's nothing. But technically it's interesting because if you control an old BTC wallet, you automatically control the corresponding BCH wallet. It's the same private key. And sometimes when pirates manage to get their hands on an old seed, they first test on BCH to see if the key still works. This is what happened in 2020 in the VinDAX case, for example. So in our history we are not there yet. But we still have: 1 discrete test on a secondary BCH network and 1 hour later, 120k BTC moved I'm not saying it's a hack. It may be just very early (normal with these amounts) .. but for the first time I doubt that it is just a simple wallet update That's it... I'm curious 🧐 _______________🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿________________ Well, up until now I thought these dormant wallets waking up were probably just the original owner. But now there's a new detail that deserves a closer look. The account @jconorgrogan spotted a test transaction... but not on the Bitcoin network on Bitcoin Cash. There is a small possibility that the $8B in BTC that recently woke up were hacked or compromised private keys I found a single BCH test transaction from one of the BTC whale clusters 14 hours ago, followed by the full amount. An hour later, the BTC wallets began to move (1/3)
Hey @cryptobeastreal feel free to copy-paste and pretend you made and amazing discovery whether it’s from me or @conorgrogan same thing for you right ? 🤣 I went ahead and translated it into English for you saving you some time 😉
