Celestia’s modular blockchain thesis separates data availability from execution, giving developers more freedom to build specialized chains. The challenge is turning that flexibility into durable economic demand. More rollups do not automatically mean stronger TIA value capture; actual data usage, fee dynamics, and competition from alternative data-availability solutions all matter. The long-term test is whether modular infrastructure becomes indispensable rather than merely convenient.
