$GRT indexers earn from two buckets: query fees and ~3% annual issuance. In Q1 2025 Messari had fees at just over 1.2% of reward value, and issuance never checked if you served a query. Now the Rewards Eligibility Oracle does. Graph’s own post lists 49 of 97 indexers eligible, 47 not yet qualified, and their delegators get no indexing rewards. Issuance total is unchanged, only who gets it moved. Open question: do the 47 start serving, or do rewards just concentrate?
