Overall inflation is most likely driven up by gasoline, which the market has already priced in. The real direction is determined by the core CPI.
If the core is low, the dollar and U.S. Treasuries will fall back, giving BTC a chance to surge to 84500; if it holds, then look for 87000. If the core hits 0.3%, rate hike expectations will reignite, first pulling back to 82000, and breaking 80600 will easily trigger a chain reaction of stop losses on long positions.
