On October 7, Micron $MU Taiwan Taoyuan Union officially obtained the right to strike.
In this vote, there were 1,994 votes in favor, with an approval rate as high as 99.1%.
The union demands the establishment of a long-term profit-sharing system, targeting 15% of operating profit, and stated that it does not rule out taking surprise strikes.
From October 8 to 9, Micron $MUU is about to hold a board meeting, and whether labor negotiations can make progress has become a focus of attention.
