Moscow's exchange really listed $XRP ! But don't get too excited yet, pay close attention to these two qualifiers before entering: MOEX exchange launched five ruble perpetual contracts yesterday, one of which is XRP. But note: it's limited to qualified investors, and the XRP margin rate is as high as 43%. Retail investors can't get in, and volume won't pick up yet, so it's more symbolic than substantial. RSI is 65, a bit hot but not overbought yet, with plenty of room to rise.
