  5. Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
  6. The accelerator will be held in Russian, and all program materials will also be available in Russian.
  7. Rewards Description:
    1. There are 3 types of rewards available in this campaign: USDT, McLaren merch, and a 1-day ticket to the Formula 1 race in Baku with accommodation as the main prize.
    2. The main prize — a ticket to Formula 1 in Baku with accommodation includes a hotel stay in Baku for two (2) nights from September 20 to September 22, 2025 and an entrance ticket to the Formula 1 Grand Prix Final on September 21, 2025.
    3. OKX reserves the right to independently select the hotel.
    4. McLaren merch and a ticket to Formula 1 in Baku with accommodation cannot be exchanged for an equivalent in USDT.
    5. McLaren merch and a ticket to Formula 1 in Baku with accommodation will be randomly drawn on September 3, 2025 among the Accelerator participants who complete all 4 homework tasks.
    6. McLaren merch winners will be notified by email within 3 working days after the draw. If winners fail to complete their address details by the deadline or provide an incorrect address, the prize will be forfeited.
    7. OKX will contact the winner of the Baku Formula 1 race ticket with accommodation by email within 3 working days after the draw. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.
    8. Users who have completed the homework will be eligible to receive USDT rewards.
    9. Each homework will be assessed in points.
    10. Each webinar has its own pool of rewards:
      1. Prize pool for Webinar 1 - 3,000 USDT
      2. Prize pool for Webinar 2 - 5,000 USDT
      3. Prize pool for Webinar 3 - 12,000 USDT
      4. Prize pool for Webinar 4 - 10,000 USDT
    12. The pool of rewards for each Webinar will be distributed among all participants who have completed the task of the corresponding webinar in accordance with the number of points received.
    13. The participant's reward amount will be calculated as follows: the Webinar prize pool amount will be divided by the total number of points received by all participants who completed the Webinar task and multiplied by the number of points received by each individual participant.
    14. Each Webinar has a special approach to awarding points for completed tasks:
      1. Webinar 1. Task 1: 1 point for each user who made the first trade. Task 2: 5 points for each invited sub-affiliate and 20 points for each VIP user who passed verification and made the first deposit. Only users invited and added to the form between the time the task was received and 28 August 2025, 23:59 UTC will be counted.
      2. Webinar 2. Up to 5 points for each post. The assessment and awarding of points will be carried out by the OKX team based on the content's compliance with the instructions received during the Webinar, the quality of the content, as well as engagement and number of views.
        Only posts added to the form between the moment the task was received and 14 August 2025, 23:59 UTC will be counted.
      3. Webinar 3. 1 point for each first deposit made from the moment the task was received until August 28, 2025, 23:59 UTC.
      4. Webinar 4. Task 1: 3 points for each first trade made from the moment the task was received until August 31, 2025 23:59 UTC. Task 2: up to 10 points for each post added to the form between the time the task was received and August 31, 2025 23:59 UTC. The assessment and awarding of points will be carried out by the OKX team based on the content's compliance with the instructions received during the Webinar, the quality of the content, as well as engagement and number of views.
    16. USDT prizes will be distributed by September 15, 2025.
  9. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  10. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  11. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
