Campaign participant eligibility

• This campaign is only available for affiliate invitees. Affiliate invitees are users who have registered using the affiliate's registration link or entered the affiliate's invitation code when registering.
• You must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
• According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) are not eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use

1. Complete KYC2 identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign.
2. Asset qualification and trading volume criteria

• Asset qualification criteria: the participant's main trading account balance must reach at least 300USDT at any point in time during the Competition Period (the period of time from the participant meeting this asset qualification criteria to the end of the Competition Period being the "P&L Period").
• Trading volume criteria: The user's USDT Perpetual contract trading volume must be greater than or equal to 100,000 USDT during the competition period, and will be used to calculate individual P&L and team P&L.
• Users who have not met the Asset and Trading volume criteria during the competition period will be removed from the leaderboard after the competition has ended.
• Competition should have at least 10 qualified participants join or it will be forfeited.

3. Calculation formula

• P&L% = P&L / (Initial Equity + Total Deposit Amount) * 100%
• P&L = [unrealised P&L + realised P&L - initial unrealised P&L]
• "Initial Equity" means the USDT balance in a participant's main trading account during the first five (5) minutes of the competition period or enrolment time, whichever later. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of Initial Equity.
• "Total Deposit Amount" means the sum of (a) any USDT transferred from the participant's non-trading OKX accounts to their main OKX trading account during the Competition Period, (b) any USDT the participant obtains from spot trades in their main trading account during the Competition Period; AND (c) any USDT the participant obtains from contract vouchers during the Competition Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the Competition Period will not affect the calculation of the Total Deposit Amount.
• Before the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by using the asset qualification threshold instead of the participant's (initial equity + total deposit amount). After the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by (initial equity + total deposit amount).
• "Initial unrealised P&L" means the value of the participant's open USDT perpetual swap positions at the beginning of the Competition Period.

4. Only USDT perpetual swap

  Only USDT perpetual swap trading pairs are eligible for this Trading Competition ("Eligible Contracts"). Trading volume from Eligible Contracts is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract voucher etc.

1. The maximum prize pool for this campaign is 40,000 USDT, to be distributed according to the final leaderboard ranking.

Profit rate: 12 rewards

• Rank 1 - 1 reward: 50% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 2 - 1 reward: 20% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 3 - 1 reward: 10% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 4 - 1 reward: 5% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 5~10 - 6 reward: 10% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 11~15 - 5 reward: 5% share of the profit rate prize pool

3. Rewards will be issued within 15-30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. This campaign does not constitute or shall not be considered as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice. 5. Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the campaign prize recipient.
6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

11. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.
12. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
