Do I have to have an OKX exchange account to have a Pay account?
Yes, an OKX exchange account and a completion of identity verification are required to create a Pay account.
What can I do with my Pay account?
Pay your contacts (friends and family) with USDC or USDT in Pay.
Receive USDC or USDT sent to your smart wallet and use it to pay others.
Easily transfer USDC or USDT from your Pay balance to your Exchange balance and vice-versa.
Send and receive USDC or USDT on-chain through X Layer, Ethereum, TRON and many other networks.
Note: on-chain transactions require a network fee to be paid in the network's native crypto.
How can I recover my Pay account?
You can easily sync your passkeys using a cloud backup through iCloud (iOS) or Google Password Manager (Android).
If the cloud backup isn’t available, you can reach out to our customer support team to recover your passkey (Pay account).
How do I set up my Pay account?
Setting up your Pay account is simple. There is a quick onboarding process within Pay, you can set it up by generating a passkey on your device — it's quick and secure.
