What is this test all about?
The knowledge test is designed to assess your understanding of the key risks involved in using Digital Payment Token (DPT) services. It ensures that you are aware of the potential implications before trading or engaging with crypto-related products.
Why do I need to complete the knowledge test?
To comply with regulations, DPT service providers must assess each user’s awareness of the risks associated with DPT services. This risk awareness assessment is mandatory before any DPT services can be provided, and the requirement takes effect from 19 June 2025.
What happens if I don't pass the knowledge test?
If you don’t pass, you can retake the test—there’s no limit to the number of attempts. However, under local regulations, passing the test is required to continue using our crypto trading services.
Starting from 19 June 2025, you won’t be able to trade crypto unless you pass.
I received a prompt to take the knowledge test. Can I skip it for now?
Yes, you can choose to complete the test later at your convenience. However, please note that after 19 June 2025, passing the test will be necessary to access our crypto trading services.
What's the passing score for the test?
To pass, you must answer at least 4 out of 6 questions correctly.
