These User Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in Deposit Match ("Deposit Match") hosted on the platform operated by OKX Europe Limited, a company registered in Malta and licensed as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) (“OKX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please also refer to the relevant Rewards Session terms and conditions to see the specific details for each rewards session.
By accessing the Deposit Match page and participating in this campaign, you (hereinafter referred to as “User,” “user,” “You,” or “you”) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules that may be applicable.
These Terms shall supplement our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of any term or provision set forth in these Terms and our Terms of Service, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to these Terms. All other provisions of our Terms of Service not modified by these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. All capitalised not defined herein shall have meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Service.
User Eligibility: Participation in Deposit Match is subject to verification, compliance with the Terms of Service, and applicable laws. OKX reserves the right, acting reasonably and based on objective risk parameters, to determine user eligibility and exclude users based on internal risk parameters or local regulatory restrictions. OKX reserves the right to require additional identity verification in respect of this reward program.
Participation in Deposit Match is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The assets you hold in the sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account. Rewards distributed under Deposit Match shall consist of MiCA-compliant E-Money Tokens (EMTs). OKX Europe Limited reserves the right to substitute the reward asset with an equivalent EMT (e.g., USDC or EUR-backed tokens) to ensure compliance with EEA stablecoin regulations.
Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in Deposit Match: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
OKX reserves the right to modify or terminate this reward program at any time provided that any termination shall be without prejudice to any rewards accrued before such termination.
OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of abusive or fraudulent or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the reward, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the rewards sessions.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in the reward program without notice.
This reward program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Not all products are offered in all regions and this reward program may be limited or not offered in some markets. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the reward program at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating the reward program, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the reward program, and adjusting the reward program and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
