The current pricing is very delicate. As of October 10, the market's bet on a 25 basis point rate hike in October is only 18%, with a stronger preference for action in December. A week ago, this number was still 70%, dropping very quickly. But note, a drop in probability does not mean the Fed has turned dovish.
