How do I make a cash withdrawal?
On the web
Log in to your account at www.okx.com. Go to Assets and select Deposit
Select Cash and USD to start a withdrawal
Select international wire transfer for your USD withdrawal
Select the bank account you'd like to withdraw and Preview withdrawal
Enter your authorization code or SMS code and select Withdraw to submit your USD withdrawal
On the app
Open your OKX app, go to Portfolio on the home screen, select Withdraw and Withdraw cash
Select withdraw cash to initiate your cash withdrawal
Select International wire transfer under USD and Next
Select the bank account you'd like to withdraw and Preview withdrawal
Enter your authorization code or SMS code and select Withdraw to submit your USD withdrawal
Notes: to add a withdrawal account, you must first make an initial deposit from that account to your OKX account. Only bank accounts that have been successfully verified through a deposit can be used for withdrawals.
