- Fahmi Syed, President of the Midnight Foundation, offered a broad explanation of what Midnight is, emphasizing the importance of transparency, privacy, and disclosure by choice.
- George Osborne, former Chancellor of the Exchequer, spoke about cooperative economics and how modern technology isn't built around ownership. He highlighted how regulation, like the Genius Act, has provided clarity, which in turn empowers entrepreneurs to innovate.
- Lord Andrew Parker, former Director General of MI5, addressed the growing crisis of trust and outlined geopolitical risks facing the West, including threats from China, Russia, Iran, and others. He concluded by underscoring the strategic importance of quantum computing, blockchain, and zero knowledge technology as pillars of trustable security.
- @IOHK_Charles, co founder of IOHK and the Cardano blockchain and also a co-founder of Ethereum, presented the vision and roadmap for Midnight.
