An SPV, or Special Purpose Vehicle is like a legal wrapper that holds a real-world asset. Think of it like a vending machine where the asset is wrapped inside, and what comes out are tokens that represent slices of it. You can trade, hold, or earn with those tokens. It keeps ownership structured and on-chain friendly.
