OKX GRAND MASTER TOURNAMENT

1. The calculation of the reward amount will be based on the participant's final rank at the end of this Competition.

2. The total prize pool for this trading competition is up to 67,000 USDT, which will be distributed based on the leaderboard rankings and individual eligibility criteria for individual rewards. The prize pool is divided into two (2) main categories:

Team P&L rewards: total prize pool up to 40,000 USDT

Individual rewards: total prize pool up to 27,000 USDT

This Qualification Round:

All registered teams will compete to achieve the highest percentage profit and loss (%PnL). At the end of this round, the top 40 teams based on %PnL performance will advance to the Final Round. These 40 teams will be split into two (2) tiers based on their rankings. Top 1–20 will advance to the Final Round – Diamond Tier. Top 21–40 will continue to the Final Round – Gold Tier to compete for incredibly exciting prizes

3. Detailed information about the winning prizes is specified below:

a. Team Profit rate (%PnL): total reward up to 40k USDT

• Top 1 - 20: 60% of Qualification Round's reward

• Top 21 - 40: 40% of Qualification Round's reward

b. Individual reward:

Leader Incentives:

- Requirements:

• Team Leader = KOL (Affiliate Partner with Channel ID)

• Users must click the Enroll button to confirm participation.

• Eligible team members >= 20

- Rewards: 200 USDT / leader

- Total rewards: 12,000 USDT for first 60 leaders

Individual User Incentives

- Requirements:

• The user is eligible

• First Trade Time User have total trading volume in this campaign is 1000 USDT- Trading volume will be calculated throughout the entire campaign period, including the registration phase.

- Rewards:

• 10 USDT / user (limit first 1,500 first trade time user, reward up to 15k USDT)

• Trading View Incentives: 1 month of Trading View Plus Subscription for Top 100 Trading Volume Users

4. Prizes will be distributed within each team as follows:

Scenario 1: Total Team Member more than 20 eligible participants

• Team Leader: 15% share of team reward amount

• Top 10 %PnL Traders (excluding the Team Leader): 3.5% share of team reward amount / each

• The remaining 50% of the team reward will be equally distributed among all eligible team members, excluding the Top 10 %PnL Traders & Team Leader.

Scenerio 2: Total Team Member less than 20 eligible participants

• Team Leader: 15% share of team reward amount

• Top 10 %PnL Traders (excluding the Team Leader): 3.5% share of team reward amount / each

• The remaining 50% of the team reward will be equally distributed among all eligible team members, including the Top 10 %PnL Traders & Team Leader.

5. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the final round of this Competition. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards in its sole discretion.

6. All rewards (except for physical rewards) will be distributed directly to each eligible team member and the Team Leader via their eligible OKX accounts. Additionally, OKX will contact eligible winners directly to coordinate the distribution of any applicable physical rewards.

7. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

Enrolment eligibility

• Users must click the "Join now" button and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.

• Users must complete KYC identity verification to be eligible to receive rewards under this Competition.

• Participation in this Competition is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

Asset qualification and trading volume criteria

• Asset qualification criteria: the participant's main trading account balance must reach at least 100 USDT at any point in time during the Competition Period (the period of time from the participant meeting this asset qualification criteria to the end of the Competition Period being the "PnL Period")

• Trading volume criteria: The participant's USDT perpetual trading volume must be at least 100 USDT during the PnL Period, and will be used to calculate individual %P&L and Trading Volume. If the trading volume does not meet the criteria, the score will be invalid, and unable to receive the reward.

• This Competition is valid only if at least 20 qualified users participate. Otherwise, this Competition shall be automatically canceled with no liability on OKX's part.

Valid Contracts

• USDT perpetual trading volume are considered valid trades under this Competition ("Eligible Contracts"). Trading volume from Eligible Contracts is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible participants' own USDT, excluding any value from use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract vouchers etc.

P&L calculation formula

• %P&L = P&L / (Initial Equity + Total Deposit Amount) * 100%

• P&L = [unrealised P&L + realised P&L - initial unrealised P&L]

• "Initial Equity" means the USDT balance in a participant's main trading account during the first five (5) minutes of the P&L Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of Initial Equity.

• "Total Deposit Amount" means the sum of (a) any USDT transferred from the participant's non-trading OKX accounts to their main OKX trading account during the PnL Period, (b) any USDT the participant obtains from spot trades in their main trading account during the PnL Period; AND (c) any USDT the participant obtains from contract vouchers during the PnL Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of the Total Deposit Amount.

• "Initial unrealized P&L" means the value of the participant's open USDT perpetual swap positions at the beginning of the P&L Period.
